Renewable Energy Workshops -  Allen teaches renewable energy workshops this summer when ever four or more people can sign up for the same weekend. These Workshops will start Friday evening with a demonstration and continue through mid-afternoon Saturday and include hands on experience. Rates vary depending on group size, meal plan and financial need, but average $50/person for the weekend including materials and food. Give Allen a call or email for more info.

Family Camping - Amakanata is prepared to host a limited number of families desiring to camp for a week or a weekend. Contact Allen for rates and availability. Amakanata also offers Fishing or Leisure excursions on Brookville Lake.

Staff and/or Individual Retr    eats - Amakanata offers spiritual retreats for small groups or individuals. A wide range of services (meals, boat trips, etc.) is available. Call Allen to customize your needs.

SonLight Power, Inc. - Allen serves as Executive Director of SonLight Power, a 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization. The Mission of SonLight Power is: To use solar power to share God's love, mostly to children, of developing peoples worldwide where there is no dependable grid electricity.  We do this by: 1) Solar power systems for schools, churches and orphanages. 2) Solar powered Medical Clinic refrigeration. 3) Consultation and training for others desiring to accomplish the same mission. 4) Solar powered water pumping and/or purification.
