Allen met Ann shortly after coming to Cincinnati in 1988 to join his father in business. They were married in 1990 and attend College Hill Presbyterian Church. Allen is an elder at CHPC and graduated from Regent University School of Divinity in May of 2000 with an MA in Practical Theology with a concentration in Missions.
Camp Amakanata, a non-profit corporation, hopes to eventually fund renewable energy projects for missionary families and cultures where there is no grid power.
